I’m taking on The Legacy Challenge to support our veterans’ families

It’s really important to me to give back to the partners and children whose loved ones have made the greatest sacrifice for our country. That’s why I’ve got my boots on the ground, and I’ve committed to The Legacy Challenge for 11 days straight in November.

I'm raising vital funds to help Legacy families in need.

My Challenge finishes on Remembrance Day, the 11th of November, when we get to honour those who died to protect our nation.

Day 11 - Remembrance

Monday 11th Nov
I completed multiple sets of 50s on the free weights and completed 200 Sit-ups in a row. 100 Push Ups were completed with a bunch of other exercises. Thank you all for your support!

Day 9 - 600Kg Sled - 5m

Pretty wrecked but I have mad rope skills. 100 Push ups and 100 Sit ups complete.

Day 8

Friday 8th Nov
Pushed hard today and did three sets of 5 of the 50 Kg Dumbbells. Push ups and sits ups completed as required.

440 Kg is ALL the weights I could fit.

Just to give you some context, it took me 86min to get to 500Kg. It took me 50min to move this beast 10m. Total work out time was 2hr 16min.

I'm going to push half a tonne 10 meters tomorrow on the sled.

Okay. I have found a gym that has 50s. I'll come back to that in a few days. 

New donation challenge. I will leg press x4 my body weight (460 Kg) if I get another donation for tomorrow. This is on top of my push up and sit up goals. Feel free to join my team and get amongst it.

I had a donation and guess what. Nil 50s.... Soo I smashed some 45s and awkwardly asked randoms to take some picture. To make up for the discrepancy, I have added some shrugs with the 45s. I will issue another donation challenge later today as tomorrow is leg day...... Also did the 100 push ups and sits ups.. haha!
